First week back training after COVID, and man, am I exhausted. I haven't even done a full hard workout yet, but I am sore and tired. On Wednesday, I got through my third interval (five were in the plan) and was absolutely done.

The good news is that my HR doesn't seem to be struggling to return to normal after efforts and my lungs mostly feel OK so far - haven't really pushed things too hard yet, so not sure how that will go. There were a few times during my bout of COVID that I took a puff or two of the rescue inhaler to help ease my breathing.
