I've added a daily timed walk into my routine. My biking mileage will probably go down a little while I get used to doing both .
Like today , I walked two miles , rested about 15 minutes and jumped on the bike . The walk kicked my butt.
I wish I could ride 10 miles daily, but my knees won’t let me .
