I didn't go under the knife. I have full motion back in my arm that I couldn't even raise much higher than my waist. PT might surprise you. But you also need to know that the injury doesn't already require surgery. So go see a orthopaedic surgeon and find out.

and see what exactly is messed up. I look at my weight training anatomy book and damn the shoulder is complex .
