Thanks. The tire/tube pack was made by Cannondale. I got it some 40yrs ago from a catalog. Can't remember which one.
I just noticed that my C'dale bag has the seatpost velcro strap oriented 90 degrees from your bag, so that my main zipper runs from top to bottom instead of side to side. On my bike, there are two smaller zippered pockets that end up on the sides.
...wait... after looking again, I think the bags are the same. I was perhaps just interpreting the appearance incorrectly.
