After work today, we decided to do a little sight-seeing and exploration. It's amazing what interesting things you can find in your own neighbourhood ... and in ours, we've found a decent-sized nature reserve practically in our backyard. Tonight we walked around the reserve and enjoyed being surrounded by nature despite the city around us. Within the reserve we saw two different types of wallabies and, of course, birds. And there were beautiful views of the bay.
We also watched a large ship pass under the bridge like a thread through the eye of a needle!
All up, we walked about 5 km.
