Couple decent feeling efforts and an 8 minute interval that felt good.

Started another interval heading up a hill and my lower back got really bad really suddenly. Bagged it and rolled home the quickest way I could get there. Must have tweaked it using it too much during the interval. Need more core work and stability stuff, especially lower back.

Gonna take a very easy week, maybe just off totally, try to rehab it.
