Tired.. Monday lift (Deadlift), Tuesday was a commute to work (17 miles), ride to to the groupride and climb the divide afterwards. Slow time up the divide. It's so damn hot here.
Got me to 81 miles total with a 10 hour workday in the middle.
Today was just a hlaf hour on the trainer.
