That happened a few years ago with my Serotta while @
lascauxcavenman was riding it. Apparently he pulls on the bars more than I do because I hadn't noticed it. That turned out to be an issue with Cinelli's bar sizing being just an approximation. I never was able to get it properly tight and ended up having to use different bars.
