Yeah, I've got some silver Sharpie paint pens that I'm going to use to try my hand at that. I've never done any lug lining before, so we'll see how that goes. This bike had very nice lug lining and pin striping from the factory. I have no chance of pulling off the pin striping, but I ought to be able to trace the outline of a lug.
