How many did you do? Were you really just in the vo2 zone or pushing well into the neuromuscular region? Those shouldn't give you dead legs unless you were already overtrained...
11 total and each one was right in the middle of my vo2 zone. I havent been doing too many intervals this year, especially anything higher than sweet spot, so im sure I will feel it for at least a day or two
