This is a chrome bike in a great shape and will bring you $300 eventually. You have the following things against you right now:
a. for someone who just wants "a good bike", it is an older bike competing with 200x bikes with brifters at this price point b. for someone who wants a vintage steel bike at this price point is competing with lesser condition but better framed bikes and with better names, like Bianchi. c. It is not a bike riding season for most of the country...
You really need to get the right person to find this bike. How would you do that?
a. stress the condition and desirability of the bike with lots of pictures. It is holiday time and bikes are bought for presents right about now. But you have a small window.
b. in your flickr page, make sure that you right on the description of each photo that the bike is currently for sale for $xxx and post photos appropriate in flickr groups that deal with vitage bikes (you'd be surprised) but don't overdo it, be causal about it and do not make it look like an ad
c. patience and persistence. Post it on CL but make sure that the ad stays on the top page, by deleting the old ad and reposting a new one when the old ad moves in the second page
