After months of searching around here, I can finally contribute to this thread! I found this Univega Specialissima yesterday. The paint is rough but there's almost no rust as far as I can tell, and it seems to be a pretty nice frame, although I don't know where these ranked in Univega's lineup. The front derailleur clamp is actually broken at the hinge, and someone has installed a tiny screw in the seat tube to keep it from sliding down. It's a terrible way to fix the problem, but I don't think it will hurt anything. If anyone has a functional Cyclone front derailleur let me know! It came with 27 inch wheels, but oddly enough it also works with 700cc wheels even with cantilever brakes. I tried a set I had lying around and I hardly had to move the brake pads at all. Strange.
