70kg at 70 inches tall. Not much I can do there.

It's totally a thing about not enough time for more volume and not enough volume to toss in a ton of intensity for the run. I reserve that extra volume for the bike, ha ha!

So, I'm ok where it is. That's about 2:30 faster on that same route than last year. So, nearly 1:00 per mile faster on my hilly 5k route in a year.
