I can see why people can get addicted to it. I'm gonna keep it as a once or twice a week thing, and if I start craving again, I'll give it up. How many chances do we get to kick a serious addiction?

Instant coffee doesn't give me any craving at all. And it doesn't make me seriously productive either.
