My Fly12 is broken in its own idiosyncratic way and I can confirm that Cycliq support is just awful.

If you do get to the point where they grudgingly admit that it doesn't work, they will want pictures of the unit and serial number as well as your purchase receipt.

I haven't received a fixed unit yet, so I can't comment on the overall process.
