I'm on my last week of SSB1 HV (modified doing endurance 4 days a week and sweet spot twice). CTL 83 TSB is -22 but feeling good. I even took my riding outside, which is almost unheard of even in nice weather lol But I needed it to avoid getting burned out by 3.5hr-4hrs on the trainer. Last 4hr session is Sunday so we're almost there. And for the TR folks, I've got myself up to 7.9 sweet spot progression and expect to be 8.1-8.3 by the end of this.
