Just curious, what is so special about 148 bpm? I have no idea what my max heart rate is, but I'm 61 so by the rule of thumb, it should be around 159 bpm. I think the highest I've seen on my Apple Watch is about 144 bpm.

Nothing special at all, I know my HR was higher and when I was cycling this summer could easily get it up in the 180-190 range with a couple good hills. I think the fact I'm stationary doesn't let the sweat evaporate and therefore it goes under the watch strap on my Garmin causing issues.
