Andy_K is visiting for our hopefully annual again bikes and Mariners-Orioles baseball (ooh, another thread idea!) get-together. Today’s ride included the famous-to-PNW cyclists Black Diamond Bakery. There’s a story around here that cyclists saved this bakery (then tiny but with awesome cinnamon rolls, now a full restaurant as well as all the baked goodies) from extinction decades ago. Maybe someone can confirm the rumor?

When I rented the Tiny house on the organic dairy farm in Enumclaw for about a year, I was a frequent customer to the Black Diamond Bakery! Here in Durango, we have Bread Bakery, which is a popular cyclist hangout. Bread Bakery is not terribly scenic will take some pictures.....
