I like it. I am doing the 16-8 daily IF. Basically I don't eat between 8pm and noon the next day. I've never been a huge breakfast guy, so the main effect is to shut down the post-dinner snacking. I struggled with higher intensity workouts at the start, but I am hitting my targets and they are getting easier. I think some of it is psychological.
