Thanks. I was just curious as I've done some reading on different diets and am always interested in the discussions around all diets (fasting, keto, paleo etc) work because they all generally create a caloric deficit by cleaning up some of the poor eating habits and some work because they create hormonal changes that impact weight and body comp and how the two are sometimes conflated. Fasting tends to have more hormonal changes discussion around it than the others.
