I was down to 181 last week (182 this morning. I'll chalk it up to random fluctuation). That's the lowest I've been since 2004 or 2005.

I went from 175 in 2002 up to, in fits and starts, 215 in late 2012. Down to 195 by Spring 2013 and held steady until 2017 when I went back to 215. Down to 188 Fall 2019. Back to 215 by Fall 2020 (thanks, COVID!). My final goal is 175 and then I'll look at myself to see if there's any obvious extra fat I could lose. My waist is obviously smaller and none of my pants fit without a belt anymore, so that's good.
