Been going to the gym still. Warm up on the stationary bike, then alternate leg day, pull day, push day. I'm doing back squats on leg day, but notice lower back strength limits me. Still doing moderate reps. Starting low weight x15 and working up to moderate weight x 6 to 8 then moving on to split squats to target the legs better. Wondering how dead lifts the day after squats will work out in the longer run with the lower back fatigue. Anyone have experience getting squats and dead lifts in twice a week each?
