My wife has it as well, which makes me think we were exposed last week.
I slept nearly 20 hours straight, with wake-ups for the bathroom, and to eat a little bit. The bad fatigue lasted a full month and then began to tail off. I've just completed my first three hour ride since(Feb. 1). By all means do not be in a rush to get back to normal. It will do you no good.

Then too, I've got 35 years on you, so your recovery might be somewhat different.
