Winter training is in full swing. I had an hour and 10 minutes turbo session yesterday that was 2 x 15 minutes at high end sweetspot/lower end of threshold sandwiched between 2 minutes at threshold and 3 minutes at VO2 max. I wasn't sure how I would fare for that session since I'm on 3 weeks post covid, but I survived and was happy with my numbers. Today was a mountain bike/gravel ride with some mates, which was a bit of a laugh. I've got a bit of an easier week coming up because I've just moved house and it's the wife's birthday, so have a bit of work to do around the house as well as plans for her birthday.
