yep, that's always a risk.
Last year when I was restoring the back yard, the family next door had a 20 yard dumpster in their driveway, they were renovating their house. When the guy came to get the dumpster I walked over and asked how much a 20 yard was. he said,, "let's see what you have". He came over and looked at my pile and said,, that'll fit in the dumpster next door!! Tell you what for $150.00 Ill move this to your house, you can fill it, and call me when it's done". I agreed.
10 minutes later my neighbor comes outside see's "his" dumpster in my driveway. I yell over at him like a rube " hey Fred! Can you believe he sold me all this good stuff for $50.00?!! What a deal!!"
I should have made a video, the look on his face would have made me rich...
