The crank is actually slightly touching the derailleur cage on rotation.
The crank arm is touching the DR cage? If so, then the DR is probably just mounted and adjusted wrong. For sure you need to find someone to look at it that is familiar with installation and adjustment of Di2. I'm sure there are bike mechanics never exposed to electronic shifters yet and they probably think it mystical and borderline witchcraft. So they probably can't properly assess it.
