Did sixty miles on Friday solo in 3 hours.
Saturday did 120 miles with a teammate with 10k+ ft of climbing. I made a conscious effort to eat starting at hour 1, and it made a ton of difference. Was struggling on climbs, but felt mostly OK on flats.
Sunday did a short 2h loop. Surprisingly legs didn't feel like a complete ****. Was even able to do something approaching z3 towards the end.
