Ride today was good but SO humid. At rest stop, one of the riders was not looking so good. I asked her how much water she drank so far. She said 2/3 of a bottle. I had gone through both my bottles by that time. I suggested she drink more but obviously she is of the
Velo Vol school of hydration.
The total ride was just under 3.5 hours and I ended up drinking over 4 bottles of water.
