What it seems like. Seems like a lot, but all the research I was able to find suggested 90g (60g glucose/maltodextrin + 30g fructose) is just about the most the body can handle. I'm going to try it out in training. Went and bought a bag of maltodextrin and gatorade will be my fructose + electrolytes.
