I gave my bike one 2 mile test ride then shipped it. Pulled it out, put the stem and seatpost in and it was good to go. No adjustments needed. It was flawless. The Microshift brifters work well also. If you want to know the difference in ride feel between the IMs and the Turbos, there isn't much. For me, the Turbos seem to be slightly smaller than the IM's for the 56 size. Even though the measurements say they're the same with almost identical geometry, the Turbos feel smaller.
