11000 right now. i don't really stand up a few times but thats it. but I can peak out at 700 watts when filling really good. I can ride it with the assist cranked up and mostly using my left foot. starting out is hard since I always use my right foot. so I ahve to sue my left. bought these guys same as on my tandem. but paid the 30.00 to get them overnight.
