Just an OEM flip-flop track hub -- likely made by Formula. I have a 16 tooth freewheel cog on the drive side. The other side is the fixed cog that came with the bike which I never use.
I'm a big fan of Origin8/Formula cartridge bearing hubs. It's really amazing how smooth they are for the price.
