Max sprint power is back up to 1177w (PB is 1230). Also hit 1020W for 15 seconds today, which is far and away a personal best.
I tilted my saddle down a bit yesterday and the issues I posted about regarding not being able to recover in a breakaway seem to have been resolved. I had leveled my seat off like 3 weeks ago in an attempt to make my fit look less goofy...but I'm really not flexible at all, so the perfectly level seat was making me overengage my hamstrings and also caused me to use my lower back in ways it should not be used. Lower power output and lower time to exhaustion. Anyway, it doesn't feel like I'm fighting the bike anymore, and numbers were much more normal yesterday even with tired legs. Will try a longer ftp interval sometime later this week to confirm.
