For the trainer discussion, I plan on doing Trainer Road all winter. I am doing it with a goal in mind, last spring I did Rasputitsa gravel race (100k, 7500 climbing) at 14.6 this year I want an 18 average.
I will likely need to up my trainer time this winter. I am doing the Mallorca 312 in April so need to be able to do longer distances relatively early in the season. I am confident I could do that ride today but I don't think I could have done it in April.
