As you might imagine, Mexican food is a staple around here. I'd bet 50% of our meals fall into that category. We have a number of little mom and pop restaurants around us that serve some really good dishes. There are two where I can't even speak to the employees because I'm not fluent in Spanish, and I just have to point.
We typically save desserts for special occasion meals. At home, our desserts are typically some fruit or a bite of dark chocolate.
