Double-up day, moderate interval workout this morning with 1x5' @ 110%, 1x20' at 98%, 1x3' at 120%, plus commuting. Going to the track tonite to do a madison workout, which is a great over/under effort. We usually do two or three for 45-60' of riding. Should be good for about 3 hrs total with some threshold, VO2 and Z5/6 intensity.
