Both of these have been seen in BF before, but what the heck; if people insist on digging up zombie threads, who am I to buck the trend? Both from the mid 1960s. The silver one has been repainted (by Ed Litton) and runs Campy 10sp triple. The blue one is in original patina condition and is Eroica- and Cino-compliant (at least when I run the old Campy pedals wit clips and Binda Extra straps) but hardly period correct. I've replaced the cool looking but unacceptably bad performing Universal 51 brakes in the photo with Universal 61s. They perform much better, they still look pretty cool, and they still have the right arm lengths for the shortish front/long rear reaches that, for some reason or other, Italians loved until the late 60s.
