Just dropped off the rose Lotus Challenger at the LBS for shipping preparation.
Swapped the 27" rims for 700c rims on the Prelude.
Swapped the 700c rims for 27" rims on the Raleigh Alyeska. The cantis were not hitting the 700c rims correctly. Needs a tuning and clean/wax.
The Raleigh below had it's stuck seat post freed, all bearings overhauled, recabled, and nice rims swapped for a basic set of Arayas. It came with a Shimano Alivio RD, thought I had a Suntour ARX lying about, which I do, but it is long cage. Thus a Suntour Blaze has been installed. Alas, the rear rim has a flat spot shown at 12:00 in the photo, so that will be replaced with a Weinmann of similar profile and color. Need to tune and trim cables and wrap handlebar.
Haven't figured out if I am keeping any or selling all of the above, as I already have one of each. Total acquired cost was $250 for all 3.
