Yeah, I live in rural North Carolina and a few times I have been pulled over because some concerned citizen felt he was doing his civic duty by calling 911 and reporting "a little yellow car came flying by here and it didn't have no license plates."

Yes, the construction technique is the same as is used in small aircraft. it is very thin aluminium and is very easy to cut, drill and bend, it is also easy to crease or wrinkle. I used a kit to build it, so the suspension components were already welded. I only have an AC/DC welder and it doesn't do a good job on aluminium.
