In my athletic youth, I claimed to be 5' 8", but really topped out at 5' 7 1/2". Nearly an octogenarian, I claimed 5' 6" for years, but my last doctor visit found me slipping below 5' 5".

My inseam is unchanged at 32 1/2", and by manipulating seat post and stem, I comfortably ride frames 52cm to 56 cm.(smallest and largest bikes in my fleet) The 52cm frame has a 55 cm TT.

Majority of my bikes are sized 53cm-54cm. Because my parents always bought larger sizes expecting we would "grow into them", I preferred an "Eddie or French Fit" for maximum efforts. Now, it takes me an hour or so of riding to get stretched out and fully comfortable. Don
