1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
I have a couple. A 2012 Cannondale Adventure 3 and a 2022 Gravity FSX.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
I have a slew of blood pressure and cholesterol medication plus B vitamins, fiber, Omegas, and CoQ10.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I have not and have been getting faster.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Besides teens to 20s, only for about 5 years.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
15 miles is a medium ride. 25 is long. I get about 5-8 miles in 3 to 4 times a week.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
3 to 4 times a week. 750-1000 mi annually (so far).
