Please tell us your age.
Turning 58 in July.

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
I have 2 "hybrid" bicycles, a Specialized Crosstrail and Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Nope.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I feel I need to slow down. Since resuming cycling almost 3 years ago, I have been pedaling like a psycho (power and cadence). Recent rides with my wife have illuminated and burned in the need to keep a decent cadence and power levels, rides are so much more enjoyable. As is the remainder of the day/evening since I'm not completely spent.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Childhood into my late 20's, picked it back up in 2020. So a layoff of around 30 years (gulp).

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Recreational, anywhere from 10-30 miles at least 5 days a week. I prefer to ride dirt trails, "gravel," but live in suburbia so weekday rides are +75% pavement. Weekend rides tend to be +75% dirt/gravel.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
5 days a week on average, doing over 2000 mi/year
