1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

Older Giant Defy Advanced - customized with ZIPP carbon wheelset and early generation Di2 10 speed groupset.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

No

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

Back into roadbiking recently after a 9 year lay off. I feel slower - but my Strava stats after 6 months say I am back where I was in 2014.

4. How long have you been biking? Road biking whole adult life. Not a racer, just a sport rider.

12 years old - that was how I commuted to go sailing. 16 mile round trip to sailing club
Early 20's it was a 52 mile round trip
Early 2010's back into road biking for fun

5. What type of biking do you do?

Early morning before work for cardio.
If weather is against going out - on a fixed bike on porch - set up to mimic road bike
or
On Road Bike on rollers on garage.
Solo for my own satisfaction - challenging myself.
Group rides tend to be community fundraiser/charity rides - don't go out with the club pack

6. How often do you bike? 5-6 days per week. Your approximate annual mileage? 5500 - 6000miles, and about 500K ft

5-6 days a week.
Daily 10 mile minimum.
Aim for 80 miles a week
