Depends. Fast group, 100% if I can stay on. Windy ride, 100% except with tailwind. Mountain ride, only when descending unless windy. Casual cruise 0%.
Any time I'm trying to be in a hurry I go to the drops. I have shallow drop bars on my main bike and deep drop on my old bike. It's a shock to jump on the old bike for the first time in months and suddenly the drops are 2" lower.
