So how is it that I go to an urgent care place run by a major hospital and it bills my insurance provider for a "OFFICE/OUTPATIENT NEW LOW/MDM 30-44 MINUTES" when, in fact, I was only inside the building for about 20 min. and with the actual doctor for
maybe 5 min.?
