Yes, an early Italian 3v, which may or may not have been built at the Vigorelli (Alberto started subbing at least some of them out (and later all of them?) when demand became too great). These were Alberto's bikes, and you can see the faint outlines close to the fork crown and on the ND side of the seat tube where the "Alberto Masi" transfers were, though the fork crown itself has the "F Masi" crest.

These bike were relatively light and stiff with fast handling. IMO the price is rather high given the condition. Make sure it doesn't have dents - the tubing used was very thin, down to .4mm I believe.
