Today, I resumed biking to work with no discomfort or irritation.
All of which makes me feel much younger than 60.

If there is no pain, there should be no problem, About 4 year ago I had my appendix out, and 3 weeks later I went for a 20 mile bike ride with the blessing of the surgeon. My appendix was removed with a robot.
