The frameset is high quality along with the paint. For a Reynolds 725 bike it's a very fair price. I haven't calculated it but I would guess if you bought the frame and parts individually it might be a little cheaper. I personally like the stock components with no logos on them. I'd rather spend extra time to save money if needed instead of buying something cheaper with some no name tubing or even lower end Reynolds 520 like the Bikes Direct bikes. Reynolds 725 has a really smooth ride and pretty light.
