Am right with you there, Gaucho. Had a paddle boarding incident several weeks ago, right shoulder got all squinched around in the wrong direction.
Ortho doc says nothing broken but all sorts of mayhem going on internally.
Still gonna go to Cino in a few weeks, even tho I can’t possibly ride. And Eroica too, in September. Hope to ride there, but the MRI will give us more info on Monday.
Did 72 somewhat painful miles on the indoor trainer this week, so…hope abides!
