I even, or especially, use my scythe on slopes where it is less dangerous than a bush cutter, which is like an entry road or electric bike -- innovation that cuts the exercise and fun out of something that is "uncomfortable."
Scything, like golf and the exercise that I recommend, strengthens rotational muscles that are essential for, but not trained by, cycling.
Cut the comfort.
